You can expect your order within 2 working days (often within 1 working days). Delivery based on weight and is offered automatically only when available during the checkout procedure. All items are fully covered by insurance for loss and damage.
Europe and International
You can expect your order within 5 to 7 working days (depending on customs). Delivery based on weight and is offered automatically only when available during the checkout procedure. All items are fully covered by insurance for loss and damage.
RETURNS POLICY

Please insure that you clearly state in all customs forms that the item is being returned for a refund...failure to do so will result in the item being returned back to you.

SIZE EXCHANGE
For the exchange of shoe sizes we will cover the cost for the first swap, and arrange for a courier to collect the goods where possible. Thereafter for any further size swaps, you will need to cover the postage costs.
